Not good

Terrible treatment, I went to the emergency room and they told me that they could see me in 5 minutes that they finished with a patient. I've been there for more than an hour and it's happening as it suits them. I ask and that now they treat me dead in pain. Tampico, they give you a solution because they refer you to another day. I have had many treatments at the Sanitas clinic and neither the treatment nor the lack of professionalism of this clinic comes close to the other Sanitas clinics. I ask Sanitas to look at it and review it.

They do not attend emergencies. I called on a Friday afternoon (it wasn't closing time at all) to see if they could see me for a fall that had affected my teeth and they told me that nothing would happen until Monday...I went to another dental clinic and They saw me without a problem.

The staff is very friendly, I am undergoing orthodontic treatment which has had a very serious excess of time and medical negligence on the part of the professionals and that failure they ask that I assume the cost a very bad image on the part of the clinic without being Responsible for their actions.

Great staff. Super professionals. I have gone to get fillings done with a lot of fear due to bad experiences and the young doctor who treated me, Beatriz, has been wonderful. He made sure I was calm at all times and he did everything to me without me knowing anything!! And very comfortable!! Without a doubt a great professional, as well as all the clinic staff. 100% recommended
